Coöperatief deductiespelPaint the Roses is een coöperatief deductiespel voor dat zich afspeelt in de raadselachtige wereld van Alice in Wonderland.De spelers werken samen om het paleisterrein af te werken volgens de steeds veranderende grillen van de Hartenkoningin. Gebruik strategie, logica en teamwork om de koningin telkens een stap voor te blijven.Alle spelers krijgen een instructie over hoe de tuin er moet uitzien. Als team moet je elke beurt minstens één van deze geheime gril kaarten raden. Je mag niet zeggen wat er op je tegel staat. Maar door tegels in de tuin te plaatsen, geef je hints aan elkaar.In het spel Paint the Roses ga je theorieën met elkaar bespreken. Als het team een gril correct raadt, mogen jullie vooruit op het scorespoor. Raad je verkeerd, dan beweegt de koningin twee keer zo snel.

Oceans is a stand-alone game in the award-winning Evolution series.Oceans is an interactive engine builder, where players evolve their species in a continually changing ecosystem. Players must adapt their interconnected ecosystem to survive against the inevitable march of time (Aging), as well as a multitude of predators looking for food. During the first half of the game Oceans, players use traits from a deck of Surface cards to modify their species. With only 12 Surface traits, it’s easy to wade into your first game without being overwhelmed by new cards. These traits were chosen for their rich thematic interconnections, providing synergistic card play that mimics an oceanic ecosystem. The Surface traits bring stability to the game environment.During the second half of the game, players can use power cards from The Deep to disrupt the stability. With over 100 unique traits in The Deep, players will slowly discover game-altering traits over the course of many games. These traits were designed to evoke wonder and disbelief - to spark your imagination as you consider the fantastic synergies that are possible in Oceans.Additionally, there are 2 randomly chosen scenario cards that activate and deactivate at various points during the game. Evolution: Climate is a standalone game that introduces climate into the Evolution game system.In the game Evolution: Climate, players adapt their species in a dynamic ecosystem where food is scarce, predators lurk, and the climate can swing between scorching hot and icy cold. Traits like a Hard Shell and Horns can protect your species from Carnivores while a Long Neck will help them get food that others cannot reach. Heavy Fur and Migratory can protect your species from the cold while being Nocturnal or Burrowing will provide protection from the cruel desert sun. With over 200,000 ways to evolve your species, every game evolves into a different adventure.The Climate standalone game dramatically changes game play with several simple additions to the Evolution base set: - Players draw 4 cards +1 per species per round (instead of 3 cards + 1 per species). - Each species may have up to 4 traits (instead of 3). - The climate moves along a Climate Track based upon the food cards played each round. - There are additional trait cards that provide protection from the heat and cold.Evolution: Climate changes Evolution from a two-dimensional game (dealing with the threat of Starvation and Carnivores) into a three-dimensional game (dealing with the threat of Starvation, Carnivores, and Climate effects) while increasing the vividness of the theme. Word bijvoorbeeld Tusked om beter te foerageren, Fast om aan gevaar te ontsnappen, of Clawed om zelf op jacht te gaan. Alleen wie zich het beste aanpast, houdt zijn populatie in leven.Hoe speel je Nature?Nature is een kaartgestuurd tableau-bouwspel dat in 4 rondes wordt gespeeld, verdeeld over twee fasen:Adapting Phase: gebruik je 5 kaarten om populatie of lichaamsgrootte te vergroten, een eigenschap toe te voegen of kaarten te bewaren als voedsel.Feeding Phase: voed je populatie zo goed mogelijk. Aan het einde van de ronde scoor je punten voor elke overlevende populatie.Na 4 rondes wint de speler die het meeste van zijn populatie in leven heeft gehouden. Elke keuze telt in dit strategische overlevingsspel!

Er zijn meer dan 4.000 manieren om de soorten te laten evolueren.Het bordspel Evolution bevat simpele spelregels, maar biedt verrassend veel variatie. Er zijn verschillende speelstijlen mogelijk zoals bijvoorbeeld Carnivoren creëren die grote schade aanrichten bij medespelers of net heel defensief te werk gaan en je energie in eigen ontwikkeling stoppen. Het is uiteindelijk de combinatie van speelstijlen aan tafel die het ecosysteem zal bepalen waaraan een speler zich moet aanpassen.
